Payment:

Most Credit Cards accepted via Paypal.  

 

 

Shipping Details:

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service and it takes an average of 2-4 weeks for delivery.  If you would like a rush order please contact us first at ( mujrmyz @ yahoo.com ) to see if the item is available for rush delivery. Customers are responsible for shipping including returns.  All sale items are final.

 

Urban Xic is not responsible for RETURNED or LOST PACKAGE. Each of our packages is sent with Tracking and we cannot replace what the US Post Office says was sent to you. We cannot refund LOST Packages because of undeliverable or wrong address. You will be billed for a second attempt to deliver package to a different address. 

 

 

Return Policy:

We can only return orders if we sent the incorrect item or if the item was damaged during shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please do not return a package without notifying us first at sales (at) Urbanxic (dot) com

 

 

Absolutely No Refunds:

We cannot refund items purchased through the site, but in the case that you are unsatisfied with a purchase we will exchange it for another item of your choosing.   Please contact us within 30 days of purchase at sales (at) Urbanxic (dot) com
